Question 1

What do the catalog certification labels and filter mean?

Accepted Answer

Each catalog certification label shows the certification name and standard listed for that product. The Certification standard filter matches products carrying that same listed standard. If no certification is listed, the product detail says that no certifications are listed and the catalog shows “Unlisted.” These entries report the product information shown in the catalog; they do not establish or promise certification, compliance, or protection beyond that information.

Question 2

How does the fit finder use a product’s Sizing value?

Accepted Answer

The fit finder uses each product’s listed Sizing value and filters for products whose value matches the selected fit need. A listing without a sizing value displays “Unknown.” A matching catalog value is not a guarantee of fit or safety suitability.

Question 3

How do I save equipment to my crew list?

Accepted Answer

Choose “Add to crew list” on an equipment listing, then open /crew-list to review your saved products, remove products, or update their quantities. Crew list selections are saved in the current browser.

Question 4

How do I request a bulk quote?

Accepted Answer

Start from the cart or your saved crew list. Before submitting, review the equipment names and quantities included in the request. Contact name, company name, and email are required; phone is optional. After submission, the page shows a request reference and confirms that the RivetRelay team will follow up. The request does not confirm pricing.

Question 5

What if a product listing does not include the information I need?

Accepted Answer

For product-specific information that is missing, use the bulk quote page or open that product listing and choose “Email RivetRelay about this listing.” The catalog does not provide additional specifications, certification meanings, fit guidance, availability, or pricing beyond the information shown on the listing.
